Terms of Use
The rules for using Sigungusekuyala.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
In short
- The site is free and made to help you revise. Use it honestly and look after your account.
- Our questions are practice material, not official exam papers, and they can contain mistakes.
- Do not upload files you do not have the right to share.
- We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Sigungusekuyala, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who can use the site
The site is for students, teachers and parents in Eswatini and elsewhere who want to practice for IGCSE and EGCSE examinations. Learners under 18 should use it with the knowledge of a parent, guardian or teacher.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you register, and keep your password to yourself.
- Each account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- New accounts are student accounts. Teacher and administrator access is granted by us and cannot be claimed by registering.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Practice questions and results
- Questions, answers and explanations are practice material written for revision. They are not official exam papers or marking schemes.
- We try to make them accurate and in line with the syllabus, but they may contain mistakes. Always check important points against your teacher, your textbooks and the official syllabus. If you spot an error, please tell us.
- Your scores show how you did on our practice tests. They are not an official grade and do not predict your exam result.
- Sigungusekuyala is independent. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Cambridge University Press & Assessment or the Examinations Council of Eswatini. Names such as “Cambridge” and “IGCSE” belong to their owners and are used only to say which syllabus a resource is for.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- try to see or change another person's account, results or information;
- share your login, or log in as someone else;
- use bots or scripts to collect questions or answers, or to overload the site;
- try to find weaknesses in the site, or interfere with how it works;
- upload viruses or anything harmful, abusive or unlawful;
- copy our questions in bulk to publish or sell elsewhere.
6. Study materials
Downloading. Study notes, past papers and presentations are for your own revision and for teaching. Do not sell them or republish them. We do not scan files for viruses, so keep your device's protection switched on.
Uploading (teachers and administrators). By uploading a file you confirm that you wrote it or have permission to share it, and that sharing it does not break anyone's copyright. In particular, do not upload paid textbooks or exam papers that you are not allowed to redistribute. You keep ownership of your material and give us permission to store it and show it to students on the site. Teachers can edit or delete their own uploads, and administrators can manage any upload.
We may remove any material at any time, for example if we are told it breaks someone's rights or is wrong.
7. Our content
The site's design, software and the questions we have written belong to us or the people who wrote them. You may use them for your own study. Please do not copy them in bulk or present them as your own.
8. The service
- The site is free at the moment and is provided “as it is”. We may change it, pause it or stop it, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
- Test timers depend on your device and connection, so do not treat them as exact.
- Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Liability
We work hard to run a useful site, but we cannot promise that it is error-free or that it will help you reach a particular result. So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that arise from using the site, including a result you rely on or a file you download. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the law that cannot be removed.
10. Ending your access
You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may deactivate an account, or remove content, if these terms are broken or if it is needed to protect the site or other users.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and for important changes we will put a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
